TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL INFORMATION
• I hold the right to decline any commission.• I do not hold any responsibility should a client not read the Terms of Service and conditions prior to sending a commission.• I retain certain rights and ownership of my art pieces, such as uploading them on social media for promotional purposes.• Commissions are for non-profit personal use only. Refer to the Payment section for information on commercial use.• Reposting or redistributing my artwork is prohibited.• An initial rough sketch will be sent to clients to verify that it suits their preferences. Clients are allowed to view WIP or update images at any point in time should they request itDURATION
• The wait time for commissions is subject to change depending on my availability.• Priority/urgent requests (i.e. orders that must be completed before 3 days) are subject to extra charges depending on complexity.• The time to complete a commission varies depending on the complexity of the piece, ranging from 3-5 days to 1-2 weeks after payment.PAYMENTS
• Only Paypal payments are accepted for international and BCA transfer for local.• Preferably full payments before starts the commission.• If not, Down payment (50% of total price) is required before the first sketch is initiated.• Full payment is required before proceeding to coloring stage.• Commissions intended for commercial purposes will be charged double or more from base price• Significant revisions or changes to the commission after agreeable concepts are subject to an extra charge of $10 (IDR100k) per request.REFUND POLICY
All commissions are non-refundable, unless for the reasons described in the point below.• Full refunds are only accepted if the commission has not progressed a week after payment or if the commission has to be canceled by myself for any reason.• If a cancellation is required by the client, they must inform myself within 24 hours of accepting the request.
