GENERAL
• I hold the right to decline any commission.
• I do not hold any responsibility should a client not read the Terms of Service and conditions prior to sending a commission.
• I retain certain rights and ownership of my art pieces, such as uploading them on social media for promotional purposes.
• Commissions are for non-profit personal use. Refer to the request form section for information on commercial use.PAYMENTS
• Full payment is required before proceeding to start the commission.REVISIONS
• unlimited revision in the sketch phase
• minor revision only after approved concept in every commission interval progressDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• The wait time for commissions is subject to change depending on my availability
• Rush commission will have additional fee and prioritized to finished ASAP
• The time to complete a commission varies depending on the complexity of the piece, ranging from 1-2 weeks to a month after payment.REFUNDS
• All commissions are non-refundable, unless for the reasons described in the point below.
Full refunds are only accepted if the commission has not progressed past the rough draft or if the commission has to be canceled by myself for any reason.
